The partner organisations gathered for their final meeting in Limassol, Cyprus from 07th to 08th December 2023. The partners talked about their plans for the multiplier events, updated the training programme following the evaluation of the training in Amsterdam, and discussed and assigned the tasks that will have to be completed for the final report after the end of the project at the end of January 2024.
Second Training in the Netherlands
The second part of the coach-specific training was held by Claudia Saccone from the Italian partner from 09th to 13th October 2023 in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Ten participants from Spain, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, and Cyprus took part in the advanced course which after a short revision of the first part of the training focused on coaching practice, archetypes, Yohari, the 4-D Cycle and Team Coaching with a short excursion on systemic constellations.
Like in Germany before, the face-to-face training was enjoyed by everyone, even though the daily coaching and observing practice proved exhausting. Now all English-speaking participants will spend the next few months to fulfill the prerequisites for taking the final exam with ICF.
Third Partner Meeting in the Netherlands
The partner organisations gathered in Amsterdam, Netherlands on 9th October 2023 to discuss the project progress and to verify the progress of work on the previously planned schedule. During the meeting, a lot of attention was paid by the partners to the evaluation of the training and the partnership as well as the dissemination activities, both planned and ongoing.
The partners also discussed the tasks that lie ahead in the following months.
Second Partner Meeting in Italy
The partner organisations gathered in Rome, Italy from 5th to 6th June 2023 to discuss the project progress and to verify the progress of work on the previously planned schedule. During the meeting, a lot of attention was paid by the partners to the evaluation of the training and the partnership as well as the dissemination activities, both planned and ongoing.
The partners also discussed the work schedule for the following months.
Training in Germany
The first part of the coach-specific training was held by Claudia Saccone from the Italian partner from 27th to 31st March 2023 in Halle (Saale), Germany. Ten participants from Spain, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, and Cyprus took part in the introductory course which focused on the guidelines of coaching ethics and professional standards and on gaining familiarity with the 8 core competences of coaches, and basic coaching tools and methodologies.
Everyone much enjoyed the face-to-face training, working together in groups, exchanging experiences and views, and of course the “extracurricular” activities in the evenings.
